Good Morning!
My dear colleagues of H**** (The Organization which i am working now)
(This open letter is to my colleagues after resigning my job)
Some people take up jobs to remain satisfy with them because they don't know their capabilities . But, actually we should do something to gain the real confidence.
Decisions are never 'right' or 'wrong', its the outcome which may be either positive or negative. But you can't sit on the fence, you have to weigh the pros and cons and make decisions in life. That is an essential quality for every entrepreneur!
Mistakes do happen . I have also made mistakes and sure i am going to learn from them. Some people may be with us and some may not. But, we should be driven by our own passion.
We should not be driven only by the monetary value. It comes and then goes: if your are successful it keeps increasing. This was my passion and sure i will be working towards it. I have not been driven by any other force.

I don't need a fancy degree or a rich daddy to dream big and make it happen. It's all in my head, my heart and my hands.
